If you report a problem, please include only practical technical details.
- App version.
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- City or screen where the issue happened.
- Approximate time of the issue.
- Whether the problem happens again after retrying.
- Screenshot, if useful.
What Not To Send
Please do not send passports, Emirates ID, banking details, private addresses, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
Known Current Scope
The current live data probe is limited to Dubai while the app contract and UI behavior are being validated. Other UAE cities should not be claimed as live until they are enabled in a later phase.
No Emergency Use
UAE Air Check is for general awareness only. It is not an emergency service, official alert system, medical tool, or substitute for official public guidance.
Privacy Reminder
UAE Air Check does not require login, location permission, push notifications, advertising tracking, analytics consent or payment details.
